simulation.matrix no longer exists

I am replicating a code that uses the simulation.matrix function (https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/Zelig/versions/4.2-1/topics/simulation.matrix). However, it seems like it no longer exists in newer versions of Zelig. I was wondering whether a replacement exists. Or, alternatively, if you can share the code to create this function.
