Develop a grammar for setting a system of equations as the formula argument to a Zelig model, as in models with bivariate dependent variables, as well as some hierarchical settings and also 2SLS, 3SLS, etc.

Create a generalized notion of the standard quantities of interest (predicted and expected values) for models that requires multiple equations.
