Minor inconsistency with Apache 2.0 instructions

Hi @IQAndreas many thanks for your effort in producing and sharing these.

The Apache published version of this file has slightly different instructions for Applying the License at the end, which I believe are slightly clearer than the version you have in your current version. Would you consider updating them?
