Add feature for deleting all value logs to the settings

On the settings page, there should be an option for deleting all value logs that have been recorded so far of all components.

Since we change back to MongoDB, this can be then realized now

Should be easy now. However, do we want to delete the value logs user-wise or for all users at once?
