unit tests are segfaulting

Some unit tests, namely ParticleSendRecv, ORB, and PIC, are segfaulting when running them on 2 GPUs on Lumi. Right now they are in the FailingTests.cmake, but this should be fixed.

  • PICnd is running fine

  • ParticleSendRecv

    • ExecSpace does not work for AMD at the moment.

If I remove ExecSpace, PIC and ORB are working
