Error running cibersort

Hi,

When I try to run cibersort, I run into the following error:

res<-CIBERSORT(sig_matrix=lm22,mixture_file=df,absolute=T,perm=1000)
Error in order(rownames(Y)) : argument 1 is not a vector

Please advise. Thanks.
