Document menv maestro2 module in both specification and execution
The menv maestro2 module allows one to provide variables in a json configuration file. However, it is not documented. This task is to document the menv maestro2 module in read the docs - both how to use it in a MaBL specification and how to create the json configuration file and where to place it.
