Preserve comments

Currently comments are removed during parsing. This should not be the case.

It is definitely useful to be able to keep comments within the AST. But it can be tricky to do this because comments do not appear in the grammar. Apparently the ANTLR parser will help you though. I managed to find this: https://stackoverflow.com/a/17960734/1907838.
