AD - Changes from 1089 amendment

Change description

Set the datatype for the "building" association of the Address feature type. The AD TG has not yet been converted into AsciiDoc format, so the related changes will be implemented as soon as the converted TG is available. The related changes in the application schema and in the UML will be implemented in the 2024.1 releases.
