Add setting to Saved Links bookmark page to change bookmarklet text

At present, changing the bookmarket to use the site name via get_bloginfo('name') produces the potential for really crazy bookmarklet names that well overrun the alloted space browsers give each link on the bookmark bar. I think it best to provide the option to let users customize the bookmark name with a text field using a sensible abbreviation (i.e. MWEN This!).

This applies to most of the members using the *-CIR naming constructing like Florida, New England, Arizona, Kentucky, etc.

i'd say just pick a smart default and let sites customize it if they want (assume most won't and most aren't managing more than one site) something like "save link" is probably fine

the menu label can probably just be "add browser bookmark" but otherwise this looks good to me
