docs for updating an umbrella from standalone Vagrant to Valet

This affects only a few sites that were standalone Vagrant installs from before the largoproject install breakup, but we need:

  • how to dump the db from the Vagrant site
  • what to upgrade in the umbrella
  • how to create a new Valet site from this umbrella (prob just link out to docs) (see also https://github.com/INN/docs/pull/158)
