• [ ] check if this is happening to anyone other than me at INN, via staging deploys
• [ ] talk to WPE to see what the cause of the fail is on their end, if they have logs
• [ ] fix it here.

Hm, I was able to deploy successfully to Flywheel with no problems. So:

• [ ] is this a problem specific to the one repo I was trying to deploy?
• [ ] is this a problem specific to all WPE installs?
