Not all operations supported yet on Solr/proxy

The experimental Solr module doesn't yet have support for creating/deleting private user indexes and formats and adding documents. This functionality should be added eventually.

Another flaw currently in the Solr module: there's no way to get a list of all corpora. You have to configure a default corpus which will be shown as the only corpus when you request /blacklab-server/.

Getting a complete list should be possible; Solr's included webapp shows the available cores, so we can just use the same mechanism.

Proxy doesn't support explain=yes yet

Certain errors are not handled correctly; they just result in a generic internal server error instead of passing on the BLS error code/msg. Should be investigated and fixed.

Proxy doesn't handle POST queries (which frontend sends for really large queries)
