Error in text capture

Open davidkartchner opened this issue 4 years ago • 4 comments

Hello and thank you for the great annotation tool!

I am working on a biomedical annotation project with LEAN-LIFE but am encountering errors when I try to capture entity spans. After I annotate a particular span, that annotation is often moved to an entirely different set of tokens, thus making annotation impossible.

I have attached a video example in which I try to annotate "silicon" as a chemical, but a different chunk of text ends up tagged when I try to finish the annotation.

Thank you for your help with this!

If you can send me just the example text, I can take a look at this! Thanks for bringing it to our attention 👍

Thanks for your response Rahul. I have attached a sample of the data that is causing problems. It is a subset of the MedMentions dataset formatted as per the LEAN-LIFE upload specifications.

hey @davidkartchner, my colleague @JimGong wasn't able to replicate the issue. Can you check the web console and see if any errors printed out there.
