Add Allen Brain Atlas ontologies (with bridges)

These are now all available from the following PURLs

Bridges to Uberon are folded in.

Uses:

• Adding these will allow UberGraph to support queries of brain regions from these ontologies, returning cell types from PCL. In future we may link CL terms to these too.

As of the next update, CL will have MBA (mbao) terms too. MBA is tightly integrated with Uberon (lots of curation went into this a couple of years ago) plus recent work as resolved inconsistencies in MBA + Uberon, which I think strengthens the case for adding. No need to add bridge as it is folded into the product.
