Add `$(ONT)-edit` as input to templates used in components

The template needs an input file that defines all properties by importing RO and other terms used in the template.

I am struggeling with this one. I think you are 51% right, but it would be nice to have this configurable in some sense; I am not a huge fan of the circular dependency (which is, for RO properties, unfortunately unavoidable). Whatever you think. I would not oppose this change, but not template generation will become much slower this way and doubtful practices like using labels in ROBOT templates would become more prevalent. In any case, its fine.
