Adding ROBOT templates, SSSOM mappings and context files

This PR

  • fixes #314, #613 by adding a simple ROBOT template pipeline based on components. The idea is to specify a component which is linked to 1 or more templates.
  • fixes #106, #500 by adding a standard SSSOM mapping component to ODK
  • fixes #641 by allowing the customisation of a project-internal context file
