Add yaml lint to dosdp-validate workflow

https://github.com/INCATools/ontology-development-kit/blob/master/template/src/ontology/Makefile.jinja2#L574
to do yaml linting on all DOSDP pattern files.
Dont forget to ensure that yamllint is added to the odklite requirements:
