Simpler minimal optical simulation example

Our current minimal optical simulation example contains a lot of code that could be simplified further. For example, by using a uniform volume and a pencil beam light source. This would make it easier for users to get introduced to SIMPA. In addition, an example showing how to use custom build volumes could be created instead of using the volume generator built in SIMPA.
