Update for Sping Boot 3.0.0

Any chance to update this repo to new Spring Boot 3.0.0?

@Lucasark I will check on that. Spring Boot 3.0.0 is to be released in November 2022. By the look of it, I don't see any change related to the OAuth2ResourceServer. Need to double check.
