Add randomized preset selection on game start and/or server leave/rejoin

Describe your suggestion

As the mod name suggests, it should have shuffling/randomizer feature to randomize through all selected (or favorited) presets. Skins can be added to the shuffle via favoriting, or just added to the shuffle list.

Config option to make shuffling occur upon client restart or server relog when shuffling is enabled.
