Describe Your Issue

With the mod enabled, capes aren't rendered in game. Additionally, elytras don't use the cape skin

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure a cape is selected in your profile on minecraft.net
2. Create a 1.21.10 Fabric instance with only this mod and Fabric API
3. Enter a world and switch to 3rd person mode.
4. See that the cape doesn't show on the character.
