Configurable sunset fog colours

Whether it be biomes, sunset, or weather colours, we should all have a way to configure its colour.

Hi, this is already partially possible using a resource pack, see the wiki. Weather dependent fog is planned, see #42. Modifying sunset colours is not yet planned.

I'll rename this issue to be for sunset fog colours. Thanks for checking the mod out!
