Error during pre-loading phase: Mod fog requires mru 1.0.24+edge+1.21.10-neoforge or above

As the title indicates, a vanilla install of the basic dependencies using NeoForge 21.10.6-beta for Minecraft 1.21.10:

• Architectury [18.0.3]
• Fog [1.11.0-1.21.9]
• M.R.U [1.0.24+edge+1.21.10]
• YetAnotherConfigLib [3.8.0+1.21.9-neoforge]

Gives this error when trying to launch the game:

[main/FATAL] [ne.ne.fm.ModLoader/CORE]: Error during pre-loading phase: Mod fog requires mru 1.0.24+edge+1.21.10-neoforge or above
Currently, mru is 1.0.24+edge+1.21.10

I've tried both downloading MRU directly from the launcher I'm using and directly from the website, I've doublechecked that I'm using, in fact, the NeoForge version of MRU:
