Fix broken old stock entry movement reports

Some of the older stock entry movement reports (eg SM.1.1 and SM.1.3 in bhima_test) are broken. In Stock Movements, try getting the "Document" (in the action menu) for the Input item (eg Stock Entry) SM.1.1 or SM.1.3. These fail probably because they were created before references/vouchers were required for Stock Entries (for transfers from Depots). This error needs to be fixed or caught and dealt with gracefully.
