Indicate stock not available on stock exit document to patient

When an exit is done to a patient based on an invoice a document is created when the exit is completed listing the articles delivered. It would be helpful to update the document to also list all stock articles that were in the invoice but were not available to be delivered due to stock shortage (or only partially delivered). Note that if no stock is available for an invoiced item, the item is left out of the grid entirely so it may not be obvious to the stock pharmacy staff that an item that was requested could not be delivered. Including that information in the stock exit document would be helpful.
