Updates for Stock Monthly Consumption Report

Suggestions

• ~~Fix name: [Stock] Monthly Consumption => Stock Monthly Consumption~~
• Why do we need the "No" column (first column)? If these are not needed by the staff using the report perhaps the column should be removed?
• Why does this report need to be restricted to one Depot? If not restricted, simply list the same info each depot in separate tables in the report
• Would it make sense to add a final column showing how much stock remains at the end of the selected periods? And perhaps a column showing the amount of stock at the beginning of the selected periods.
• Is the term "Consumption" the best term? Doesn't this report show consumption (by patients) and distributions (transfers to other depots, etc)? I don't have a better suggestion, but it may make sense to consider another term (or add a term such as "Consumption and Distributions")
