Suggestions

• Rename: [Stock] Exit Report => Stock Exit Report
• Most of the suggestions in Issue https://github.com/IMA-WorldHealth/bhima/issues/6142 apply to this report.
• In the detailed report, make separate columns for Patient reference, patient name, invoice, date, quantity, units, unit price, and total cost (per item). Also add better column labels.

When fixing the Stock Exit Report, also fix the white-space issue pointed out in Issue https://github.com/IMA-WorldHealth/bhima/issues/5320.

In an earlier PR https://github.com/IMA-WorldHealth/bhima/pull/5345 (which was not merged), I suggested some adjustments to the white space in this report. It might be worth reviewing the changes in that PR.
