Update for System Usage Statistics Report

Possible bug:

• If you use bhima_test, do 'yarn build:db', show this report, you see no patients
• Now do a stock exit to a patient and check the report again. Still no patients. Since meds were given to a patient, a patient was clearly there. The queries need to be count the patients for stock exits for a more accurate count
• Also, this report seems to be disconnected from the patient visits. If you register a new patient (visit), this is not reflected in this report when it seems like it should be until they are discharged.

Suggestions:

• Should this report include some financial summary (eg, total value of entered stock, total value of exited stock)? If so, it should support multiple currencies
