Do step-down analysis for revenue as well as costs

Based on our meeting yesterday, we need to do step-down analysis for revenue separate from costs, then compare them at the end.

I had some discussion with @mbayopanda and we should double-check the literature to see if anyone else has done this before. It would be useful to have some documentation for it.

I do not recall seeing a step-down report for revenue.
We should also chat with Dr Larry about it to see what he thinks.
