Use correct name of Financial Reports

In the Accounting, specially according OHADA terms :

We have "Etats Financiers" and "Documents Comptables" which are required in each enterprise.

• Etats Financier : is required by the FISC for each enterprise, we have :

  • Bilan
  • Compte Resultat
  • TAFIRE
  • Etat Annexé

• Documents Comptables : is required for each enterprise in the OHADA area, we have :

  • Journals
  • Grand Livre
  • Balance
  • Livre d'inventaire

Instead of having all document called "Report", we must have a mean to distinguish "Etats Financiers" to "Documents Comptable", because "Etats Financiers" must be sent to the FISC and to other public organization, and "Documents Comptables" is required when auditors or "Commissaire aux comptes" inspect accounts of the enterprise.

So, we must have a clear way to get these distinct documents and a real accountant must found the same terminology used in the Accounting profession.

Names of documents are not only in French we must use equivalent names in other language according the translation used in BHIMA.

This sounds like a translation issue. Are there any other changes besides the translation of the keys?

We can also add folders in the navigation tree, such as :

• Documents Comptables : this folder will contains Journals, Grand Livre, Balance and Livre d'inventaire
• Etats Financiers : this folder will contains Bilan, Compte Resultat, TAFIRE, and Etat Annexé.

This distinction can help to separate what is required for the FISC to what is helpful for the accounting of the enterprise itself
