Suggestion: Chroot, the mother of Docker

Abstract Recently we are having a lot of Docker talks, though everyone is aware how to use Docker but most of us are don't have any clear concept of how Docker works. So I am suggesting a talk on chroot, which will revolve on how it works and why it is used.
