ILIAS Certificate Remove: Deprecated Code for Certificate Image Paths

Removes all code that supports old image paths in Certificate Backgrounds and Thumbnails. With ILIAS 11, migrations have to be completed and certificates will only use Identifications as Images.

we had to change 1 unit test class in the "Course" component with this PR. A quick look/aproval would be highly appreciated.

Hi @smeyer-ilias , a quick check (we only removed obsolete arguments in object instantiations) of the changed unit test file would be appreciated.

I would like to merge this PR for ILIAS 11.
