[FIX] Fixed ReferenceError renderILQuestion is not defined

This pull request contains code changes provided by a customer of ours to fix a JS error which is thrown in the detailed results view of cloze questions.

Hi @alex40724 , we stumbled over this PR while checking old PRs in our TB meeting. Should the author fix the conflicts, or do you have any objections (maybe you reject the PR completely)? Providing feedback for the author is highly appreciated.

So please decide if you want to close the PR, request changes, request a new PR targeting a maintained ILIAS branch, or adopt the changes yourself for a maintained release.

Thanks for the PR, sorry for the delay. This is fixed in ILIAS 9+.
