Tracking/ObjectStatistics: Migrate primary key to UUID

It is not necessary to migrate existing records in obj_stat_log. All records (with int values) are just temporary and will be deleted as soon as the synchronization process (to obj_stat_tmp) is triggered.

If approved, this should be merged to release_9 and trunk as well.
