would you please update the lang variables to the suggestions from Chris Potter & @kergomard?

DE: "Der Besitzer des Tests wird auch dann benachrichtigt, wenn die Anzahl Durchläufe nicht beschränkt ist." EN: "Notify the owner of the test even if the number of test attempts has not been limited."

After the update @kergomard will merge the PR and cherry-pick this to ILIAS 8 / Trunk.
