Update for PHPUnit 11

Thank you very much for the PR @iszmais !

I think this is not fully correct tough: The <include> should be in <source> not <coverage>.

@thojou : This can be merged afterwards, but please then also quickly fix the missing inclusion of a constant in one of the tests (please just do so directly).
