Create a static logger to add some information

Configurable debug mode.

Really not perfect but it can help to see what's going on when refresh tickets.

I create I release on my fork for a new version with this fix and some new features (Markdown render, Labels views, etc.) here : https://github.com/MaxenceG2M/Gitea-VSCode/releases/tag/2.0.0-a

Maybe, waiting for IJustDev, you can download an install manually the vsix file?
