content of a GPG created file deleted

Describe the bug I can not state whether this is a bug, I can only explain what happened. Upon opening the GPG file thru QTPASS and after I entered the decrypting password the entire content of the file vanished. I don't know how this could happen, I have been using QTPASS for the last 7 years and never have I encountered this. Luckily the file was not important, but can someone enlighten me?
