stop creating .gpg-id

The app not automatically create .gpg-id file.

To Reproduce

In the option interface there is on the right side a conf button.
when open under git section there is 'add automatically .gpg-id file'
I have flagged it and when in the last release I add a directory the .gpg-id was create automatically in it, but now it isn't.

Expected behavior

when I create the folder by the app, .gpg-id have to be automatically created.

• Fedora workstation 39
• qtpass 1.4.0 release 1.fc39 (qtpass-1.4.0-1.fc39.src.rpm)
