Install prompt in IITCm should validate the plugin before install

At the moment the user can select a file that it's not a valid plugin and IITCm will not warn the user about the contents and prompt to install it anyway (for example the user can download an HTML page instead of the file).
The file should have the headers parsed to verify that it includes the minimum meta-data related to an IITC plugin and warn the user if it's not valid
