@glenrobson (IIIF), Cliff Wulfman (Princeton), and Peter Binkley (Alberta) have sample code to convert ALTO to annotations; adding these references to the IIIF Newspaper Implementation Guide. Consider adding to IIIF-Awesome and then have newspaper implementation guide link to IIIF-awesome.
