Include IIIF Presentation specific motivation classes

Defining a few more classes, on top of "painting" would cover common image-annotation motivation/purposes such as transcribing, translating, captioning. I think this is required as the main W3C annotation model is written with additive content in mind (comments, tags) and not the actual representation and presentation of content.
