Proposal: No scripts in language tags

Per Prezi 3, BCP 47 allows for scripts to be present in language tags, which JSON-LD then inherits. As we're only going to be showing the content to the user, we actually don't care about the script. It's for language indexing.

Propose: The script of the language SHOULD NOT_ be included in the tag, even though BCP47 allows for this
