Image Size by Height Above Maximum example inconsistent

In the table at https://iiif.io/api/image/3.0/#42-size

An upscaled, aspect ratio maintained size by height is listed as:

^,h	The extracted region should be scaled so that the height of the returned image is exactly equal to h. If h is greater than the pixel height of the extracted region, the extracted region is upscaled.

However, in the image examples the "Size by Height Above Maximum" example is expressed as:

 size=,^240

.../full/,^240/0/default.jpg

i.e. the carat is not specified at the beginning of the size string, but against the dimension its self.

This looks to have been in since the original PR, so should be updated to match the table I think?

Good catch! Agree the example is wrong. Will need to wait for a 3.0.1 version to fix it :/
