Clarify "equivalent" in Text Granularity section 3

Per @jpstroop, the notion of equivalency in Text Granularity section 3 could use clarification, (perhaps "logically equivalent"):

"The Annotation Body’s textual content should be equivalent to the textual content represented by the content resources painted on the Target. "
