Add Target active status to relationship

I hope all is well with you and your family. I have a question concerning relationship targets. Each time we import the release, we have concepts that have retired parents. Therefore, we must go through our taxonomy and reparent each concept with a retired parent. Our users requested that the retired parents (target) be shown in red text. Therefore, we ask that the relationship's target concept include its active flag.
