but in the section 4 Attachment A: Measurement Conditions there are descriptions of: Transistor Matching Coefficient k MOS Transistor Matching Coefficient k and so i would expect this parameters in 2.1 NMOS and so on like in 2.7 Rsil

thanks for finding! we're checking this internally, it could be that obsolete / not used parameters were not deleted from the Measurement Conditions section
