Make SPORE compatible with NEST 2.16

This is just a reminder that a new version of NEST is about to come up, see:

A new release of SPORE (2.16) should follow timely after the new NEST release.

TODO list for SPORE 2.16 release

  • Update README to spell out new version 2.16
  • Change version compiled into the binary in spore.h
  • Run all tests and examples with new NEST version
  • Update the wiki, which is currently still written for SPORE 2.12
