Benchmarking functions

• [ ] Plot average performance vs iteration for all optimizers (#44)
• [ ] Each optimizer should be run for multiple starting points and average fitness reported
• [ ] Comparison should be done for functions that have known optima (e.g. Gaussian combinations)
• [ ] Need to benchmark with extremely high dimensional functions (> 100-1000 D)
